Description
Complete unit and in good physical condition
Control is not increasing or decreasing output DC voltage (not moving Variacs).
DC hi voltage was adjusted by means of moving Variacs to control DC motor with an external power supply, so it was possible to test variacs
Output transformer and DC output power supply section (they are all working ok).
