Unit is missing the: main power switch, power cord and the emergency button. 

This unit is also missing some components-  tapping head power card & mounting bracket 

The main power switch is an special safety switch that can be actuated only if machine is
connected to power line, but it can be replaced with an adapted regular on/off switch and you will have machine in fantastic shape.
