United tested with a 6-1/2 digit Agilent 34401A non calibrated multimeter. 

Measurements were taken after calibration pot. was adjusted at its maximum possible output, and after a warm up period of about 30 minutes.

For 1V scale, reading was .99992 V

For 10V scale, reading was 9.9993 V.

All dials adjusting voltage output correctly.

Current source tested ok.

+/- output voltage tested ok.

Good internal & external physical condition.

Unit may need to be calibrated with a traceable calibrator.
