Shipping & Freight

Draft for client review. These terms were written from the facts published on ocoindustrial.com. Confirm carrier names, cut-off times and any restrictions before launch.

Same-day dispatch

Most orders placed on a business day ship the same day. Everything we list is physically on hand in our El Paso, Texas warehouses — we are not drop-shipping from a third party, so there is no supplier lead time between your order and the box going out.

Rush orders ship same day. If you have a deadline, say so on the order or call us on 915-603-5444 and we will work to it.

Parcel shipping

Small and medium items ship by parcel carrier. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Freight and oversized items

Machines, motors, gear reducers, racking and anything crated ship by LTL or dedicated freight. Freight is quoted per shipment because the cost depends on destination, freight class, and whether there is a dock or forklift at the delivery end.

For those items, request a quote and we will come back with a firm number.

Local pickup

Our facility is open to the public. You are welcome to collect in person — bring a trailer for anything oversized and we will load you.

International

We ship worldwide. International orders are quoted individually; duties, taxes and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
