The Anaren 100-100RW (often part of the RFP series) is a high-power Full Flange Resistor. Built on a Beryllium Oxide (BeO) ceramic substrate, it is designed for extreme thermal conductivity and high-frequency performance. These are critical components for RF engineers building dummy loads, power splitters, or high-power amplifiers. Because they contain Silver leads and BeO ceramic (which requires specialized handling/disposal), they are considered "premium" compared to standard nichrome resistors.
