Description
The CommScope 1011156 in this specific context is a precision-engineered metal component used for the termination of fiber optic cables within FOSC (Fiber Optic Splice Closures) and NG4access® frames.
While the "1011156" base number often refers to the complete grounding kit, the "Crimp Sleeve Only" is the consumable part of that kit. It is designed to be crushed (crimped) over the cable’s strength member or armor to provide a permanent, high-strength mechanical bond.
