The GE Multilin SR735 is a microprocessor-based Feeder Protection Relay designed for primary circuit protection on distribution networks. It is housed in a standard draw-out case (SR735-CASE), which allows for quick replacement and testing without disturbing the rear terminal wiring. The SR735 series is discontinued by the manufacturer (GE Vernova). While it has been officially replaced by the newer Multilin 8 Series (850), there is a massive secondary market for these units to support legacy infrastructure in factories, substations, and utilities.
