This is a Pneumatic Pallet Stop Cylinder (also known as a "Stop-Gate"). It is a heavy-duty actuator designed to pop up and physically block a pallet on a moving conveyor line. Because it has to absorb the impact of moving goods, the rod and internal bushings are much thicker than a standard air cylinder
