Unit powers on but is not heating.
Control, components, heating element and fan working good, but the relay that is connected in series with the solid state switch to power the heating element is not receiving the coil voltage from the temperature
controller to close it. We believe it might be a set up or programming issue of the controller .
Door latches are damaged and need to be replaced - everything else in good condition.
