This is a high-end Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) Patch Panel from CommScope’s OCFPS series. This 1U rack-mount unit is used in central offices and headends to "multiplex" 40 different fiber optic channels onto a single fiber pair, drastically increasing network capacity without laying new glass.
