This is a Premium Grade Ratcheting Hand Crimp Tool primarily used for terminating modular plugs (RJ45, RJ11, etc.) onto coaxial, flat oval, or round cables. While it carries the CommScope branding (under the NetConnect/AMP portfolio), it was originally engineered by Tyco Electronics (TE Connectivity). Crucial Note: Part number 2-231652-0 is specifically the Tool Frame Only. It does not include the crimping dies. The dies are interchangeable and must be purchased separately depending on the specific plug type being crimped.
