Description
This unit is the high-grade T-316 Stainless Steel version of the Model 74. Compared to the T-304 model, the T-316 (or 316L) is the "gold standard" for pharmaceutical, biotech, and food processing due to its superior resistance to chlorides and pitting. The Serial No. 86669-004 indicates a more modern production run. The "W" stamp confirms it is a Welded ASME Section VIII, Div. 1 pressure vessel. the 3x4" oval lid is also 316 stainless.
